From his formative years as an Eagle Scout, Stephan demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to the principles of scouting. Serving as an Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 126, he imparted invaluable skills and mentorship to young scouts, shaping their character and fostering a love for outdoor exploration.

During his high school years, Stephan's summers were spent at Boy Scout Camp Ockanickon, where he played a pivotal role as a Lifeguard and later as the Director of First Year Programming. Here, he not only ensured the safety of campers but also crafted and implemented engaging outdoor activities tailored for youths aged 11 to 17. His innovative approach and enthusiasm for adventure left an indelible mark on campers and colleagues alike.

Building on his passion and experience, Stephan pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science with a concentration in Ecology and Conservation, focusing specifically on the South Jersey area. His academic journey equipped him with a deep understanding of environmental dynamics and conservation practices essential for preserving natural habitats.

Currently, Stephan thrives in his role as an Environmental Consultant at GEI Consultants, where he applies his expertise to address complex environmental challenges. His work spans a range of projects aimed at sustainable development and environmental stewardship, reflecting his commitment to safeguarding natural resources for future generations.

Beyond his professional achievements, Stephan remains dedicated to personal growth and community service. He is certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED, ensuring he can respond effectively in emergencies both in the field and in everyday life. His weekends are often spent leading outdoor adventures, whether hiking rugged trails, kayaking serene waterways, or camping under starlit skies.

His unwavering dedication to environmental conservation continues to inspire others to appreciate and protect the world around them, making a lasting impact on both his community and the natural environments he cherishes.
