
Pricing & Fees Overview
At Baller Adventure Consultants, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to the cost of your adventure. We provide a detailed breakdown of all fees, so you know exactly what to expect. Our goal is to ensure there are no surprises—just a clear, upfront understanding of your total investment.

Below, you'll find a comprehensive list of items that may be included in your fees.
Trip Planning Services:

Trip Planning Fee: $60.
This includes the initial planning meeting to discuss the needs of your group, as well as unlimited consultations between the signing of the contract and the trip.

Consultant Planning Fee: $20 per hour.
This is the consultant fee for time put into booking and planning the trip. Planning hours will be broken down and discussed with the client. All time is rounded up to the nearest 15-minute interval.
Group Retreats:
Pricing starts at $300.
The cost of a group retreat varies based on the size of the group and your specific needs. Factors such as desired activities, accommodations, and duration all influence the overall pricing.
We can coordinate with external vendors to arrange a variety of activities tailored to your group's interests and requirements. Additionally, we offer the option to lead group activities ourselves, ensuring a customized and engaging experience for all participants.
Add-on Fees:

Meal Options: $10 per meal.
Pricing for meal options are based on the number of meals required by the group and will decrease in cost as the number of meal suggestions increase. This includes a full shopping list and detailed cooking instructions.

Activity/Itinerary Planning: Pricing Varies.
Local activity suggestions will be priced based on the needs of the group and the number of activities requested.

Guided Excursions:
$50 Per Day.
This fee covers the expense of up to two guides and their accommodations. Our guides are experts who will ensure your adventure is both safe and enjoyable, offering you personalized attention and local insights. The fee includes their travel, lodging, and any associated costs, so you can focus on enjoying your experience without worrying about additional expenses for their support.​

Pass-through Fees:

Booking Fees: All booking fees, regardless of the accommodations selected, will be passed directly to the client.

Expenses: Any expenses (such as pet fees, vendor fees, etc.) will be passed through to the client with a 5% service charge.

Entrance Fees: Most New Jersey State Parks have an entrance fee. This will be paid directly by the client to the State Park upon arrival.

Cancellation Fees
Please note that we cannot offer full refunds in the event of a cancellation. The $60 consultation fee is non-refundable, as well as any costs incurred for time spent planning and coordinating your adventure.
All trips are scheduled to occur rain or shine, as part of the adventure experience. However, if weather conditions are deemed dangerous and we need to cancel the trip for safety reasons, we will work to reschedule your adventure or provide a refund for any pass-through costs. Our priority is your safety and enjoyment, so if unforeseen weather impacts your plans, rest assured that we will make every effort to accommodate a new date or address any costs incurred.
In any event, we will make every effort to rebook your trip for a different date if possible. However, some vendors and facilities may not be able to issue a refund.
