The Planning Process

At Baller Adventure Consultants, we specialize in crafting personalized outdoor adventures for those who might be unsure where to start or simply don't have the time to plan on their own. Here’s how our seamless process works:
 

1. Adventure Request Form: Begin by filling out our Adventure Request Form with some basic details about the adventure you're envisioning.

2. Introductory Meeting: We’ll schedule a complimentary 30-minute introductory meeting to dive deeper into your preferences and ensure we’re the right fit for you.

3. Contract and Deposit: If you choose to move forward, we’ll prepare a contract for you to sign. Upon signing, a $60 consultation fee is due. At that time, we’ll arrange a 1-hour consultation meeting to discuss your adventure in more detail.

4. Research and Planning: Our team will then get to work researching and planning the perfect adventure based on your needs.

5. Details and Cost Review: We’ll schedule a second meeting to present the details of your planned adventure and provide an estimated cost for booking.

6. Finalizing the Booking: Once you approve the plan, we’ll finalize the booking and provide you with a complete itinerary. Final payment is due within two weeks after you receive the booking confirmation or prior to the trip date, whichever comes first.
