How do I get started with planning my adventure?

Getting started is easy! Just fill out our online adventure request form or give us a call. Provide details about your interests, preferred destinations, travel dates, and any special requirements. Our team will get back to you with a customized plan that suits your needs.

What is included in your consulting services?

How much does it cost to use your services?

Can you help with last-minute bookings?

Absolutely! While it's best to book as early as possible to ensure availability, we understand that plans can change. Contact us with your last-minute request, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my plans?

We understand that plans can change. Our team will work with you to adjust your itinerary as needed. Cancellation policies and fees may vary depending on the activity providers and accommodations involved. We’ll provide guidance on these policies when necessary.

What should I do if I have special requirements or medical conditions?

Please inform us of any special requirements or medical conditions when you first contact us. We will ensure that your adventure is planned with your needs in mind and provide recommendations for accommodations and activities that accommodate your situation.

What is your Booking Process?

Our booking process is designed to be straightforward and efficient. To get started, simply reach out to us and complete a brief introductory questionnaire. This helps us understand your needs and determine how we can accommodate them. Once we review your responses, we’ll send you a contract to finalize the booking of your first consultation session. From there, we’ll begin the planning process to ensure everything is tailored to your preferences. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my plans?

The Trip Planning Fee will be due at the time your signed contract is received. The remaining balance will be due within two (2) weeks after the booking confirmation is received by the Client or prior to the date of the trip, whichever occurs first. 

 

We offer various payment options to cater to your convenience. You can choose to pay via Zelle, check, PayPal, or cash upon confirmation that your trip has been booked. Rest assured, we prioritize secure payment methods to safeguard your transactions and personal information.

Adventure Guides

Our adventure guides are seasoned professionals with extensive knowledge and experience in outdoor activities in the South Jersey area. They are experts who prioritize safety and enjoyment on every adventure. You can trust our guides to lead you through unforgettable experiences while ensuring your well-being and satisfaction.

What is your Pet Policy?

Our pet policy varies depending on the adventure you choose. Here are the key points to keep in mind:

  1. Pet-Friendly Adventures: Some of our adventures can accommodate pets, while others may not. It’s important to check the specific details of your chosen adventure to ensure it’s pet-friendly.

  2. Vaccinations: For adventures where pets are allowed, up-to-date vaccinations may be required. Please provide proof of vaccinations if requested.

  3. Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a 6 ft leash at all times to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

  4. Pet Behavior: Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior. Pets that are not well-behaved may be asked to leave the adventure for the comfort and safety of everyone involved.

  5. Non-Pet-Friendly Trips: Some trips and activities may not be suitable for pets. We’ll inform you of any restrictions or limitations based on your chosen adventure.
